Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for cancellation and refund of subscription payments made for the Yonetior platform. We are committed to transparent billing practices and fair treatment of all customers.

Please read this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Distance Sales Agreement, which contain additional relevant provisions.

Trial Period Cancellation

Yonetior offers a 7-day free trial for all paid subscription plans. During the trial period:

  • You may cancel at any time without incurring any charges.
  • No payment is collected during the trial period.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you will retain access to features until the end of the 7-day trial period.
  • After the trial period ends, if you have not canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
  • You may continue to use the free Starter plan after trial cancellation.

Paid Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Self-service: Navigate to Settings > Subscription in your Yonetior dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to info@yonetior.com from the email address associated with your account.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Your account will automatically transition to the free Starter plan at the end of the billing period.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade to Starter, after which data exceeding Starter limits may be archived.

Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests based on the following guidelines:

  • Within 14 days of first paid charge: If you are dissatisfied with the Services within the first 14 days of your first paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund. This right is in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
  • Service unavailability: If the Services experience significant downtime (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged in error or billed twice for the same period, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount.
  • After 14 days: Refunds for the current billing cycle are generally not available after the first 14 days. However, we evaluate each request on its merits and may grant exceptions at our discretion.
  • Yearly subscriptions: For yearly plans, the 14-day refund eligibility applies from the start of each annual billing cycle. After 14 days, remaining unused months are not individually refundable.

Your consumer rights under applicable laws are preserved and nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to a refund you may have.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Step 1: Send an email to info@yonetior.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email, subscription plan, and the reason for your request.
  • Step 2: Our billing team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Step 3: If approved, the refund will be initiated through iyzico (our payment processor) to your original payment method.

Please note: We may request additional information to verify your identity and account ownership before processing a refund.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: Refunds are submitted to iyzico within 2 business days of approval.
  • Bank processing: Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank.
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
  • Partial refunds: Where applicable, partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request:

  • Internal review: You may request an escalation by emailing info@yonetior.com with "Billing Dispute" in the subject line. A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.
  • Payment processor: You have the right to raise a dispute with your credit card issuer or payment provider.
  • Consumer protection: You may also contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
  • Legal jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices in accordance with our Terms of Service.
