Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Yonetior. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests made within the first 7 days of a new subscription (during the trial period) will be fully refunded. After the trial period, payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Unused time on a canceled subscription is not refunded.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at destek@yonetior.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as per the payment provider's timeline.
