First Steps

Getting Started with Yonetior

We recommend following the steps below in order to start using Yonetior efficiently. Each step builds on the previous one.

TipStart by adding your first client, then follow the steps in order.

Step 1: Add a Client

Navigate to the Clients page from the sidebar menu and create your first client. For individual clients you can enter an ID number, and for corporate clients a tax number. Client name, phone, and email are the core fields.

Select the client type (Individual or Corporate)

Fill in the required fields and save

Step 2: Create a Project

After adding your client, you can create a project linked to them. The project number is assigned automatically by the system. Enter a project name, description, and select the responsible person.

Enter the project name and description

Select the related client and responsible person

Click Save

Step 3: Assign Tasks

Add tasks to your project to start tracking work. You can assign a title, description, priority level, and due date to each task. Assign tasks to team members to distribute the workload.

Add a new task from the project detail page or the Tasks menu

Enter the task title and description

Assign the task to a team member

Step 4: Enter Expenses

Record project-related costs in the system to start tracking expenses. Fill in the amount, date, category, and description fields. Expenses are saved against the project and appear in reports.

Enter the amount, date, and category

Add a description if needed and save
