Project Definition
A project in Yonetior represents a specific engagement, case, or piece of work you are managing for a client. Each project is automatically assigned a unique number in the format YYYY/NNNNN, making it easy to reference and track. Projects serve as the central hub for organizing all related tasks, expenses, documents, and receipts.
Project Statuses
Every project has a status that reflects its current state. Open means the project has been created but work has not started. In Progress indicates active work is underway. On Hold means the project is temporarily paused. Closed means all work is complete. Archived is used for long-term storage of completed projects that you want to keep for reference but remove from active views.
Related Items
Projects act as containers for several types of related data. You can attach expenses to track costs, create tasks to manage the work, upload documents for reference, and link receipts that have been processed by AI. All of these items are accessible from the project detail page, giving you a complete view of the engagement.
