Your guide to getting the most out of Yonetior

What is a Client?

Client vs User Difference

In Yonetior, clients and users are two distinct concepts. A client is a person or organization that you provide services to, such as a customer or a business partner. A user, on the other hand, is someone who logs into the platform to manage work. Clients do not have login credentials and cannot access the system directly.

Client Types

Yonetior supports two types of clients: Individual and Corporate. Individual clients represent natural persons and are identified by their identity number. Corporate clients represent businesses or organizations and are identified by their tax number. Choose the appropriate type when creating a new client to ensure the correct fields are displayed.

Clients represent people or organizations in your system. People who can log in are 'users'.

Client Information

Each client record can store a variety of information including phone number, email address, physical address, and notes. Keeping this information up to date helps your team quickly find contact details when needed. You can also view all projects and expenses linked to a specific client from their detail page.
